The world’s largest luggage brand approached us in 2015, looking for a way to mark its 100th anniversary. Our solution was the production of a history book, hiring a writer to tell its story for the first time, and trawling its remarkable—and unexploited—archive to highlight the innovations it pioneered along the way. We followed this with a brand book, sending an interviewer, photographer and film crew to its factories on three continents, in order to celebrate its diverse workforce and global reach. Our immersion in the brand’s DNA has enabled us to oversee its current communications strategy, from its website design and content (making use of our filmed employee testimonials and animated history timelines) to social media messaging and exhibition design.
