Julius Brantner became Munich’s favorite baker in his first year. Today Julius Brantner Brothandwerk bakes in three locations: Schwabing, Altstadt, Haidhausen. A small assortment, organic (Bio) certification, bread that carries his conviction and heritage. One loaf is named after his grandfather.
